- The Celine is custom built by it's captain in South Africa. She is a
40' catamaran with a spacious deck and saloon. Upon completion he sailed
her to St. Maarten where she has operated for the past four years. She is currently
docked at the Turtle Pier Restaurant. Famous for her sunset cruises the Celine
is now the premier party boat. Visiting some of the best pub/restaurants on the
Simpson Bay lagoon, this is a party night. At each port of call there will be
a sampling of their specialty dish. The Celine is available for day charter to
sail the local island waters and snorkel the local sites such as Tinetemare, Baie
